What are your figures made from?
Our custom figures are created using genuine LEGO® minifigure parts. Each design is applied with professional pad-printing equipment and top quality, durable inks for a clean finish.
How are the figures printed?
Every figure is individually aligned and pad printed by hand. Each color is printed separately, allowing us to create crisp details and consistent coverage across the figure.
Are your figures official LEGO® products?
No. Our figures are independently designed and customized using genuine LEGO® parts. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the LEGO Group.
Are your releases limited?
Yes. Most designs are produced in small, limited batches. Once a figure sells out, a restock is not guaranteed and may take several months.
What does “preorder” mean?
A preorder reserves a figure before production is complete. The estimated shipping date will be listed on the product page. Any other products purchased in the same order will usually ship with the preorder item.
When will my order ship?
In-stock orders are usually processed within [1–3 business days] unless said otherwise in the description. Preorder shipping estimates are listed on each product page. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import charges required by their country.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update or cancel an order before it enters processing, but changes are not guaranteed once production or shipping has begun.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the limited and collectible nature of our figures, we do not accept returns for changes of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within [7 days] of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we will work to make it right.
